Terms of Use for Still Me

These Terms of Use govern the use of Still Me (the “Service”), operated by 30x (the “Company”), and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users of the Service.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions of use of Still Me and the respective rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2. Nature of the Service

Still Me is an informational platform designed to help international users considering anti-aging cosmetic procedures or plastic surgery in Korea explore relevant information.

The Service is currently provided as a mobile web application and may be used without creating an account or logging in.

The Company is not a medical institution and does not directly provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical consultation.

The Service currently does not process medical appointments, reservation deposits, medical payments, or medical service agreements on behalf of users or medical institutions.

Article 3. Services We Provide

Still Me may provide the following services:

1. Feed — Still Me curates and introduces publicly available Before & After images, patient experiences, review videos, and medical professional content from third-party platforms such as Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube. Where available, Still Me provides a link or reference to the original content so that users may access the original post.

2. Reviews — Still Me collects, organizes, and presents patient experiences and reviews that have been publicly posted on third-party platforms such as Reddit. Where sponsorship or advertising can be identified from the original content, Still Me may display that information.

3. Clinic Information — Still Me provides information about clinics, including areas of treatment, estimated price ranges, experiences of international patients, and availability of English-language consultation, based on publicly available information, independent research, and surveys. Still Me may recommend or prioritize certain clinics according to specific criteria to assist users in exploring their options.

4. Guides — Still Me may summarize educational content published by doctors, clinics, or other medical professionals on platforms such as YouTube. Where available, a URL or reference to the original content is provided.

5. Medical Interpretation Support Information — Still Me provides information about medical interpretation support programs for international medical tourists operated by Gangnam-gu Office, the Gangnam Medical Tour Center, or other relevant operators. Where requested by the user, Still Me may assist in transmitting the information required to apply for such programs.

The Company may modify, add, or discontinue parts of the Service for operational reasons or to improve the Service.

Article 4. Medical Information Disclaimer

Information provided through Still Me concerning clinics, doctors, treatments, procedures, prices, recovery periods, patient experiences, and other medical matters is provided for general informational purposes only.

It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or an individualized treatment plan and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.

The suitability, method, risks, and expected outcome of a procedure may vary depending on the individual patient and the professional judgment of the treating medical provider.

Users should verify relevant information directly with the clinic or medical professional before making a medical decision.

Clinic recommendations and the order in which information appears on Still Me are intended to assist users in exploring available options and do not constitute a medical endorsement or guarantee of any clinic, procedure, or outcome.

Article 5. Clinic and Pricing Information

Clinic information displayed on Still Me may be based on information published by clinics, publicly available materials, patient experiences, independent research, or surveys conducted by the Company.

Information such as available procedures, doctors, pricing, promotions, language support, and other service conditions may change.

Users should confirm material information directly with the relevant clinic before consultation or treatment.

Prices and price ranges displayed on the Service are for reference only. Actual costs may vary depending on the patient's condition, the medical provider's assessment, the scope of treatment, anesthesia, examinations, materials, additional procedures, and other factors.

Article 6. Contact with Clinics Outside Still Me

Still Me does not enter into or arrange medical appointments or medical service agreements between users and clinics through the Service.

When a user chooses to contact a clinic through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, or another external communication channel, the user leaves Still Me and communicates directly with the clinic or its representative.

Consultations, medical appointments, reservation deposits, payments, cancellations, changes, and medical service agreements are handled directly between the user and the relevant clinic.

The Company is not a party to such medical agreements and does not collect medical fees or reservation deposits on behalf of users.

Article 7. Third-Party Content and Links

Still Me may feature content publicly available on third-party services such as Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube.

Such content is generally not created by the Company. Copyrights, portrait rights, and other rights relating to such content remain with the original creator or other lawful rights holder.

Where possible, Still Me provides a link or reference to the original content. When users follow a link to a third-party platform, the terms and policies of that third-party service apply.

The Company does not control and does not guarantee the operation of third-party services, the accuracy of their content, or the continued availability of such content.

Article 8. Reviews and Before & After Content

Reviews and Before & After content presented through the Service represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise that another user will achieve the same result.

Results, satisfaction, recovery periods, risks, and side effects of cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery may vary depending on the individual, medical provider, procedure, and other circumstances.

The Company does not independently guarantee the accuracy or completeness of reviews or experiences originally created by third parties.

Users should not make medical decisions solely on the basis of reviews or Before & After content and should consult an appropriate medical professional where necessary.

Article 9. Content Rights and Removal Requests

Original creators or lawful rights holders of third-party content featured on Still Me may request removal or modification of content based on copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights.

Requests may be submitted to 30xbetter@gmail.com.

The Company may request information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant Still Me content, the original URL, the reason for the request, and the requesting party's rights in the content.

Where a rights violation is confirmed or where otherwise appropriate, the Company may modify, restrict access to, or remove the relevant content.

Rights in Still Me's brand, logo, service design, original content, and organization of its data belong to the Company or the applicable rights holder.

Article 10. Medical Interpretation Support Programs

Medical interpretation services introduced through Still Me are not provided directly by the Company, nor does the Company directly employ the interpreters providing such services.

Such services are operated by Gangnam-gu Office, the Gangnam Medical Tour Center, or another relevant program operator. Still Me's role is limited to providing information about the program, assisting the user's application, and transmitting necessary application information to the relevant parties.

Eligibility, supported languages, interpreter assignment, schedules, fees, scope of support, cancellation rules, no-show policies, and the duration of the program are governed by the latest policies of the relevant program operator.

Availability may be limited or the program may be discontinued due to budget availability, interpreter availability, or other circumstances of the operator.

Submitting an application through Still Me does not guarantee acceptance of an application or assignment of an interpreter.

The Company does not guarantee interpreter availability, assignment, or the quality or outcome of interpretation services.

Article 11. Changes or Suspension of the Service

The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for service improvements, technical reasons, changes in operating policies, or other reasonable circumstances.

Where a change or discontinuation is expected to materially affect users, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Article 12. Limitation of Responsibility

The Company makes reasonable efforts to operate the Service reliably and improve the accuracy of information provided.

However, the Company does not guarantee:

the quality of medical services provided by any clinic or medical professional;
the effectiveness, safety, or outcome of any procedure;
an individual user's satisfaction or recovery period;
that clinic information or pricing displayed on the Service will remain unchanged;
consultation or appointment availability at any clinic;
the accuracy or continued availability of third-party content; or
the availability of a medical interpretation support program or interpreter.

Professional responsibility for medical treatment and medical decisions rests with the relevant clinic and medical professional.

Contracts and transactions entered into outside Still Me between users, clinics, or other third parties are governed by the relationship between those parties.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from the Company's intentional misconduct or negligence where applicable.

Article 13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms to reflect changes in applicable laws or the Service.

Where a change materially affects users, the Company will provide notice of the effective date and material changes through the Service or another appropriate method.

Article 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and matters relating to the Still Me Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable Korean law.

This English version is provided for the convenience of international users. In the event of any inconsistency between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
