1Who can apply?

• Foreigners who came to Korea from abroad for medical tourism
• When the clinic you're visiting is registered to treat foreign patients
• When you're using a clinic located in Gangnam-gu

2What help can you get?

• Interpreting during treatment
• Interpreting for surgery consultations
• Support communicating with medical staff

3How much does it cost?

• Available from a minimum of 2 hours
• KRW 70,000 for use under 2 hours
• Additional fees may apply beyond 2 hours

Some languages such as Arabic and Thai have few interpreters, so booking may be difficult.

4If it's a Gangnam-gu partner clinic

If you use a partner clinic, the base 2 hours of interpreting can be provided free. (Ends early if the budget runs out.)

5How to apply

3. 3.Coordinate and confirm the schedule.

6Check before applying

• Please apply at least 7 days before your clinic visit.
• Applications open up to 1 month in advance.
• Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before (weekdays).
• Same-day cancellation or no-show may incur a fee.

• Users of Gangnam-gu partner clinics are given priority.
• The service is provided per patient; extra fees may apply if companions are added.
